MINDFULL MOBILE APP

The third stage in the “FEEL YOUR MIND” education program is partnering with the Chinese government and professional psychiatric hospitals to host a “Free Clinic Day” as well as launch the “MINDFULL” mobile app. The purpose of the “Free Clinic Day” is providing psychical connections between rural residents and psychiatric specialists and also providing further support for mentally ill family members.

Rural residents who have a mentally ill family members face many difficulties, such as geographic distance to city level hospitals, medical resources and treatments, financial concerns, and supportive groups. Therefore, my design solution is developing a mobile App, which supports rural residents in various ways. The target audience will be narrowed down to those who have mentally ill family members and seek for help.
